Refund and Cancellation Policy

Nature of Services

All services offered by ELAVAIT SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLP are professional IT services and consultancy-based in nature, involving advance planning, technical expertise, and allocation of resources.

Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice, subject to the terms mentioned in the applicable service agreement, proposal, or contract.

No Refund on Cancellation

Once a service is booked, initiated, or payment is made, no refund shall be provided in the event of cancellation, irrespective of the reason. This policy is necessary due to prior allocation of time, personnel, and technical resources.

Non-Refundable Payments

All consultation fees, advance payments, milestone payments, and service charges are strictly non-refundable.

Client-Focused Resolution

Although refunds are not permitted, the Company endeavours to work collaboratively with clients to address concerns and deliver services within the agreed scope wherever reasonably possible

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to cancellation or payments shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
